A Future of Frontier Mission Fellowship
CHONG KIM (USCWM ¾Æ½Ã¾Æ ´ã´ç)

Since Dr. Ralph Winter's passing in May of 2009, the leadership of the Frontier Mission Fellowship (FMF, umbrella organization of the U.S. Center for World Mission and William Carey International University among other projects) has invested significant time and energy into strategic planning process. The latest iteration has led us to capture the best of Dr. Winter's legacy¡ªhis unending ideas and innovations in missions. Thus the creation of the Ideation Team, otherwise known as the Winter Group. This is to be distinguished from the Implementation Team, which includes the U.S. Center for World Mission.

A brief functional description of the Winter Group is found below and in the diagram below. The development of each Winter Group function, the personnel involved, the synergy of this group within the FMF and outside the FMF will hopefully lead us into new vision, solving new problems, initiating and implementing new things for the sake of Kingdom breakthrough and fulfillment among yet unreached peoples and dehumanizing realms of darkness.
